Fair use of the service.

These terms govern use of the public SportyPulses website. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and without interfering with other readers, the site, its providers or its security controls.

Service scope

SportyPulses provides sports information, analysis, interactive features and links to third-party reporting. Live scores can be delayed, unavailable or revised by the upstream provider. Editorial pages can be updated as reliable information changes. Nothing on the site is betting, financial, legal or medical advice.

Permitted content use

You may link to public pages, share their URLs and quote brief passages with clear SportyPulses attribution when the use is lawful. Permission is not granted to republish full articles, remove attribution, reproduce the site design, train or populate a competing publication through systematic extraction, or sell the content as your own.

Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, security headers or access controls.
• Submitting malicious code, false subscriptions, automated votes or invalid advertising traffic.
• Scraping at a volume that degrades the service or ignores published crawler controls.
• Misrepresenting a commercial relationship with SportyPulses or its source publishers.
• Using the service to infringe rights, harass people or violate applicable law.

Third-party services and links

ESPN score feeds, source publishers, Google, Statcounter, BYOViral and other services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. A link or technical integration does not mean SportyPulses controls or endorses everything on that service. Availability can change without notice.

Intellectual property and claims

The SportyPulses name, design and original articles are protected to the extent provided by law. Sports names, league marks and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Rights concerns should follow the evidence route on the contact page.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may repair, secure, change or discontinue features and may update these terms when the service or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised terms.
